Tier 1: $400 – $1,000 / month

• 1–3 Bank/Credit Card accounts
• 50–300 transactions
• QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll

Tier 2: $1,000 – $2,000 / month

• 3–5 Bank/Credit Card accounts
• 300–600 transactions
• QBO Payroll
• Tax preparation and/or filing

Additional Charges (if required):

• Cleanup or catch-up of accounts — 50% off normal charge
• Pull Tab reports
• Additional data entry beyond scope
• Consulting or advisory services

Monthly Services Included

• Recording and categorizing financial transactions
• Bank and credit card reconciliations (up to 4 accounts)
• Accounts payable and receivable tracking
• Monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
• Review of accounts for accuracy and consistency
• Bookkeeping services maintained in QuickBooks
• Basic email support

Scope & Cap

• Up to 300–500 transactions/month (depending on plan)
• Up to 4 accounts
• One (1) business entity
• Work outside this scope quoted separately with approval

Optional Add-Ons

• Cleanup or catch-up work: Correcting, organizing, or reconstructing bookkeeping records
